KEY #6: The Y-O-U Factor
It is here that the the 'rubber really meets the road'! As much as the first (5) KEYS must be in place for success -- there is a (6th) KEY that applies SO strongly that => it sets the entire stage for the 'ultimate' victory in the pursuit of your Goals and your DREAMS.
The Hard TRUTH? - Here's the reality => Y-O-U are by far the (#1) reason for success (or failure) in your own future ==>> Y-O-U.
It's WITHIN - We need to always, always remember that success comes from "inside" of us -- not from the "outside". As important as good tools / systems / coaching / support are (and they are) -- the REAL answer lies WITHIN each of us.
Coachable? - Yes, there must also be a very strong partnership between Coach and Student, to bring about the 'changes' necessary for a truly SUCCESSFUL future. To achieve the highest results, you need to be willing to be coached - and to allow your progress to be monitored, on a regular basis. Two (2) aspects to the YOU Factor:
(1)-- YOU (with the Team's help) are responsible for your 'own' success (and it starts with CHANGE and SELF GROWTH);
(2)-- YOU (with the Team's help) are the (#1) 'reason' people will join you. They do not join Companies / Products / Comp Plans -- they join YOU -- and the "values" and "vision" YOU bring to the table.
No matter how great a NWM Company is...
No matter how great a NWM Pay Plan is...
No matter how great the NWM Products are -- or Marketing -- or Support / Training is -- NONE of it matters at all -- unless YOU are effectively working on Y-O-U => and on a daily basis.
Your W-H-Y - It starts here. You will absolutely need a very powerful REASON for building your Home Biz -- because IT will help 'pull you through' the obstacles and challenges you'll face ahead in achieving Success - in living life. It must be a GIGANTIC "Why" - one that will take your breath away - one that will DRIVE you on - one that creates a crystal clear "mental picture" of what you WANT in this life - who you wish to BEcome

How? - Every single day, devote at least 1/2 hour to Personal Development. Read - Listen to an Audio Tape - Review a Website - Take a Course - Attend a Seminar - try Masterminding with others - whatever. Challenge your mental boundaries. Surround yourself with POSITIVE forces - to help "cleanse" the NEGATIVE thoughts from your mind. Work on your own compelling W-H-Y (your REASONS for doing this business) -- whatever you would love to DO - BE - HAVE in your life. Your WHY is part of your VISION. It must be personal - it must selfish - it must be at a deep 'core desire' level. You will NEED this, to get you through some of the 'challenges' that lie ahead (and there will be a few). Think very hard about this -- and know that Network Marketing can be THE best vehicle for delivering it. You should write out your WHY. You should then share it with your Sponsor and those you trust. Finally, you should read it - every single morning when you get up - and every night, before you go to bed. It will 'sustain' you.
