WHO's In The BOARDROOM? - Does the Management Team have both SUCCESSFUL FIELD EXPERIENCE as well as HIGH INTEGRITY? Without these two critical qualities in place => RUN! => RUN! => Do they have 'in-the-trenches' EXPERIENCE? => Do they have High - INTRGRITY - Heart - Values - Principles? => Is it a Public Company - or is it Privately Held? => Is the Company a Startup - Young - or Old and Established? => Solid Reputation - Proven Track Record - both Co. + Mgt. Team? => Is the Company Well Capitalized - Financially Stable? => Are there plans to 'expand' to other Products / Markets? => Is the Company able to meet 'rapid' Growth? => Is there good Field Consultation + Strong Field Support? => Is the Company 'Product' focused - R&D oriented? => Is there Strong Leadership on the Mgt Team? => Are there Low Start-Up and Monthly Maintenance costs? => Is the Company 'in compliance' with - AGs - FDA - FTC? => Do they give responsive, courteous Customer Service? => Does the Company operate with Low Overhead costs? => Websites / Back Offc / Downline Tracking System? => Training - Seminars - Conventions - Conference Calls, etc? => What is the 'Business Model' of Co (drives field behavior)? => Do they offer low cost Professional Marketing Materials? => Who 'owns' the Downline Database Software (outsourced)? => Are they members of the DSA (see below)?

They represent the Legal CONTRACT you sign when you join your NWM Company. The P&Ps are binding - as a LEGAL BUSINESS AGREEMENT. The P&Ps are the real TEST of a company's INTEGRITY - its thinking - its heart - its attitude towards the field (its Independent Business Owners [IBOs]). Some companies have a ton of RED FLAGS in their P&Ps and in their T&Cs (Terms and Conditions). Most people, when starting their new Home Businesses, do not even 'read' them - let alone STUDY them. Many companies have P&Ps that run 40 - 50 - to over 100 pages long - in tiny print. Many P&Ps are not even 'openly displayed' on their website Home Page. INTEGRITY - It should be the very "foundation" of Leadership. It is moral soundness - it is honor - truth - character - freedom from corrupting influence, or motive. It is about practicing the Golden (Platinum) Rule. It is about treating people with respect - without judgement. It is the most 'fundamental source' of one's personal worth. In the NWM industry - Management INTEGRITY and their Field EXPERIENCE sets out the entire 'tone and mood' of the Company POLICIES and PROCEDURES - it spells out the Corp. 'attitude' behind its -TERMS and CONDITIONS - its COMP PLAN - its Customer SERVICE - it's Product RESEARCH - its Satisfaction GUARANTEES - its whole Field SUPPORT Structure - and much more. INTEGRITY - should cause the Management / Ownership to provide the highest level of CARE and ACCOUNTABILITY to those they lead. Be very careful to select a Company that will NOT go into COMPETITION "against you", by switching from NWM - to DIRECT SALES - and then "abandoning" you. Be very careful to select a NWM company that will NOT "sell out" to the Highest Bidder a few years down the road - so that you will always "know" you have the SECURITY of being able to pass your businesses on - to your children and to their children. INTEGRITY - Look for it - in their Vision / in their Mission / in their Leadership / in their Purpose / in their Values - in their Promises.
